The breasy subscription includes a breasy window air conditioner, spring installation, technical support, and fall removal. While the conditioners are in our shop during the off-season, we replace the filters, clean the units of any mold, inspect refrigerant levels, and repair any faulty parts so that you have an effective and efficient air conditioner every cooling season. Our window air conditioners are trusted models and have between 5,000 and 8,000 BTUs of cooling capacity perfect for bedrooms, offices, and living rooms. We can provide larger air conditioners upon request.

We’ll buy your air conditioner

Have an air conditioner but want breasy AC’s white glove service? We’ll send a technician to inspect your unit, and provide a quote on the spot. You can either sign-up and receive free storage for through March, or you can accept full payment and we will remove the air conditioner.

  • We deliver and install a cleaned and restored window air conditioner to you every summer. All of our air conditioners are thoroughly inspected and maintained to ensure high efficiency and sanitary operations. While your air conditioner is installed we provide technical support and routine maintenance. If your air conditioner is not working properly, we will replace it—free of charge.

    In the off season, we retrieve all air conditioners, clean filters, check for mold, and replace any faulty parts. We take all of the hassle out of owning a window air conditioner.

  • That’s fantastic! We will send a technician to your home, and they will give you a quote to purchase the unit on the spot. Once sold, we will keep the air conditioner in our fleet and deliver and install an equivalent air conditioner in the Spring.

  • Sure! Non-subscribers are charged for a seasonal rental which is $50 per month and does not include installation.

  • You can start a subscription at any time during the year! All subscriptions renew every September. If you sell us your air conditioner, we will credit the value to your account. If you’d like to pay less during the winter months, we can offer you seasonal pricing model ($10/month in the October-March, $40/month April-September).

  • We provide all major brands including: LG, Frigidaire, GE, Friedrich, Midea, Whirlpool, Windmill, among others. If you have a preference, we will be sure to accommodate.

  • All air conditioners are $25 per month! Let us know the size of your space and we will provide the appropriate air conditioner. If you have a preference for a larger capacity, let us know and we will be sure to accommodate.

  • No sweat, you have multiple options!

    1. If you’ve been a paying customer for more than one subscription cycle, then no fuss! We will collect the unit free of charge. If you have only paid for one subscription cycle, we will charge you a removal fee of $75.

    2. You can always transfer your subscription to someone else whether the landlord, next tenant, or just a friend who’s interested in a breasy air conditioner.

  • Do not worry! Take your air conditioner with you, whether it be your moving company or on your own. Schedule and install date and we will install your air conditioner in your new home.

    New apartment already has air conditioning? No problem, we’ll follow our standard cancellation protocol and pick-up the air conditioner when you are done with it.
